Westwood House - West Seattle
UCHA's newest house. We have partnered with Transitional Resources to provide a home for patients in treatment for mental illness.

McGrath House - Northeast Seattle
We partner with YMCA Young Adults Services to provide a home for youth aging out of foster care.

Lin House - Northeast Seattle
We contract with Community Psychiatric Clinic to find tenants for this property. Work parties are occasionally held for home repair and upkeep.

Sortun Court - Northeast Seattle
Located just north of the church, Sortun Court is an apartment building with 16 units of affordable housing for families that meet income requirements. UCHA owns the building and Phillips Real Estate manages it. We are always in need of anyone interested in helping with the gardening.

The Boathouse - Capitol Hill
This six-unit apartment building is located on Capitol Hill. Formerly known as "Mary's Boathouse," the building was donated to UCHA in the estate of long-time University Congregational United Church of Christ member, Mary Hooker.


"Out of a desire to be hands for God's work, our mission is to work in creative ways to prevent homelessness and to provide housing for people in need."
